Gert is a revered figure in Pretoria. With an impressive coaching career spanning over 36 years, Gert has left his mark at various levels of the game, from schoolboy to international rugby.
As a qualified World Rugby Educator and accredited World Rugby Level 3 coach, Gert’s expertise is widely recognized. Gert is also the coach of Pakistan national team. He currently holds positions as the Vice-President of the Blue Bulls Rugby Union, Chairperson of the Blue Bulls Rugby Coaches Association, and Director of Rugby and Head coach of the Harlequins Rugby Club, solidifying his status as an incredible figure in the rugby world.

Chanel holds a BA Honours Degree in Sport Science and a degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. She is also a qualified facilitator and assessor. Her coaching journey is extensive and impressive, having served as head coach for various women’s rugby teams, including the Golden Lions Women’s U/20 team and Pirates Women’s Rugby. She has also contributed significantly as a strength and conditioning coach, lineouts, and scrum coach.
Beyond rugby, Chanel has also coached athletics, including working with transplant athletes. Chanel also has experience as a lecturer and assessor in sports coaching.

Roché is not only a world-class coach but also boasts extensive professional rugby experience. As a player, he represented the Leopards at U/19 and U/21 Absa Currie Cup level and excelled at North West University (NWU), where he competed in the U/20 Varsity Cup Young Guns tournament and captained the 2nd team.
Roché coached various teams at Potchefstroom Gymnasium High School, achieving remarkable success, including guiding the U/15 team to the best winning record in the school. At NWU, he led four residence teams to victory, with one securing the residence Varsity Cup. Additionally, Roché served as the Head Coach of the U/20 and U/21 Leopards Currie Cup Premier League team and as a forwards and defensive coach for the university’s Young Guns teams.

Waldo holds a BA Honours degree in Human Movement Science (Biokinetics) from the University of Pretoria, along with certifications as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer. His coaching journey spans across a diverse range of sports and levels, from the Springbok Rugby team to South African Track and Field Athletes, Cricket Players, and beyond. Waldo’s impact is felt far and wide, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge in athlete development.
Beyond coaching, Waldo is an entrepreneur, owning his own training company and co-founding a performance center. He’s also actively involved in education and research initiatives, contributing to institutions like Eduserve and the Institute for Sport Research.

With a BSc Degree in Human Physiology, Genetics, and Psychology, Ruben delved deeper into fitness and sports with studies in Higher Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, Sports and Exercise, and Neuroscience. Recently, he furthered his expertise with a BA Honours in Psychology, showcasing his commitment to understanding and connecting with others on a profound level.
Ruben’s background is a unique blend of health, fitness, and practical eXperience. His true strength lies in his role as a life skills coach, where his genuine passion for people and sports shines through, empowering individuals and enriching their well-being.

Francois’s dedication to sports and coaching is evident in his ongoing pursuit of knowledge. Francois holds a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science along with his World Rugby Level 1 Coaching qualification.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Francois has made significant contributions as a video recorder and analyst for the GLRU Amateur Rugby team, as well as providing analysis for the De la Salle Holy Cross College High School 1st rugby team. His involvement extends beyond analysis, as he has served as a rugby manager for the Helpmekaar Kollege 1st team and the Leeuwenhof Akademie U/14 team, showcasing his multifaceted expertise in rugby management and support.
